About My Butta Cats
I call my cats "brothers" though none of them are true brothers....only "half brothers" - which is in the eye of the beholder!
Pebbles is my very first cat. I never wanted him to go outside but once he saw his new home, I am sure there was no doubt in his mind that he would roam this property. However, even Pebbles enjoys home meals so after romping all day amongst the bushes, berries, trees and playing with his feral friends, he always comes home to his bowl and to eat with his brothers!
His brother "Twinkels" passed away in October of 2007 from congestive heart failure. My heart was broken the day he died as he and his brother were my constant companions and the very first cats I have ever had.
Right before his death, Midnight came to live with us and after Twinkels' passing Sunshine came to live with us as well. On my way to the SPCA, I heard Twinkels speaking to me and I know I heard him say 'Mom', the next cat you bring home should dry your eyes as I am happy here in "Animal Heaven and am playing with Scruffie too", you should call this new putty by the name of "Sunshine". You will know exactly the cat that will fit this name as he will look just like "Sunshine" and so he does, so he does!
Scruffie was the second "Yorkshire Terrier" that I bought immediately after the death of my original Yorkie named Sponky. Sponky was a wonderful dog and lived for about 16 years. I was so distraught when Sponky passed on that my husband decided we should look for another Yorkie and thus I brought home Scruffie, an adorable little Yorkie who truly lived up to his name. Scruffie lived with for 22 years and sadly passed on in October of 2006.

The boys are always eat together. Heavens forbid one of them should eat out of their own bowl!
